Handcrafted by Jackson with care & attention to detail using the finest materials. 
 
Made using the patterned design by Katheryn Doughty - Love Birds from book “Mixing Quilt Elements” with a few variations made to this pattern. An array of techniques were used in the quilt; focused cutting to highlight elements of different fabric, needle turn applique by machine and curved seams.
 
Custom quilted to add detail to the background of the applique, highlighting areas of the quilt and leading your eyes to other areas of the quilt.
 
Binding is a pink background with a variety of colours that can be found in the quilt top and backed with various sized purple spots, in keeping with the playfulness of the quilt top.
