This pattern is both fat quarter & 20cm cut friendly, bellow is a break down 
Cot ( 36" x 54" ) - 6 fat quarters or (9) x 20cm x wow strips 
Throw ( 63" Square ) - 13 fat quarters or (20) x 20cm x wow strips
Twin ( 72" x 90" ) - 20 fat quarters or (30) x 20cm x wow strips
Double ( 81" x 108" ) - 27 fat quarters or (41) x 20cm x wow strips
Queen ( 90" x 108" ) - 30 fat quarters or (45) x 20cm x wow strips
King ( 108" Square ) - 36 fat quarters or (54) x 20cm x wow strips
 
Other materials 
Along with the fabrics specified, you will need sewing thread, batting, backing fabric, binding materials, and basic quilting supplies: including a sewing machine, rotary cutter, cutting mat, ruler, pins or clips, iron, and preferred basting tools. Choose batting, backing, and binding quantities appropriate to the finished quilt size
