RETURNS POLICY

House of Jackson prides itself on making handmade items to the highest standards, along with stocking only the best sewing tools and notions available on the market. If for some reason you are unhappy with an item or having difficulty with a product purchased from House of Jackson, please contact House of Jackson via email (houseofjacksonhats@gmail.com) and I will be happy to assist you.

House of Jackson offers exchange or refund where the product is faulty or is not as described on this website.

House of Jackson will not accept returns on items for change of mind purchases or if the product was misused in a way that contributed to the problem occurring.

To return an item.

Returns must be received within 14 days of you receiving your item/s. If 14 days have passed since you received the item/s, and you have failed to contacted House of Jackson to advise of the issue, unfortunately House of Jackson can’t offer you a replacement or refund as the 14 day Return period has passed.

First, you must email houseofjacksonhats@gmail.com and advise of the issue along with proof of purchase (this can be a bank statement or receipt) and a description of the issue along with photos (if possible)

Then you will receive an email on how to return the item for a refund or replacement.

When the item or product Is received by House of Jackson it will be then inspected and the replacement will be sent at no extra cost to you.

~You are responsible for the cost of shipping to return the faulty item to House of Jackson.
